Portugal already has distributors moving thirty or forty product lines, and it has manufacturers operating directly with local offices. What it lacks is the layer in between — a focused, boutique consultancy in electronic security, capable of advising end-customers, supporting complex integrations, and representing a small number of premium technology brands with the seniority the market expects.

The Portuguese electronic security industry is shifting — from hardware margin to software, recurring services, AI-driven analytics, and integrated platforms. Specialist coordination of multi-brand, multi-discipline electronic security projects — the kind where generic integrators struggle: data center deployments, hospital reconfigurations, critical infrastructure modernisation, hospitality flagships, transport hubs, and similar. We design, coordinate vendors, supervise execution, manage handover.

Long-term country partnership for a small number of carefully chosen brands.
